You would indeed think BDO, with Hot chip to headline boiler room unless they are playing at Falls. This would be a good return for BDO who need this sort of headliner to rekindle interest and say what you want about RHCP they would get a massive crowd

I will see RHCP, I will enjoy the show, I will be flamed for it. It's the natural progression

Hopefully there'll be a good Green or Essential stage headliner.

Don't get me wrong, the RHCP were my favourite band in the '90s and I loved seeing them at the SFS in about 2001, but it has been a long time since they've done anything good.

Three people have seemingly joined purely to defend RHCP. One more and we'll know it's the band members.

Says the person whos first post is defending the awesomness of the RHCP, I agree with them being good in the 90s comments. Also the book was not bad

I've said it before and I'll say it again: RHCP would have to be one of the most overrated bands ever. Their popularity considering the amount of half-decent material they've released is absurd.

Picked this ages ago. Chillies used to be a good live band but they sound terrible these days and as people have already said, the new songs are gash. I'm going to say the rest of the top end of the mainstages will be: The Killers, Dizzee Rascal, Temper Trap and The Hives.

Now the more important issue is the Green/Boiler headliners. Thinking maybe Justice to do the Boiler, unsure about Green. Will probably be someone like Refused or Tomahawk.

I hope the tour is cancelled due to an accidental fire, isolated on Anthony Keidis' face.

if you had told me 5 years ago that RHCP would be touring and i wouldn't be the least bit excited about it i would've laughed in your face. but here we are 5 years later and i'm not even half considering seeing them live next year. only RHCP show i might attend is a BSSM special with John.
