FasterLouder launched The Festival Awards in 2008 as a way of celebrating the significant role that Festivals play in Australian culture and acknowledging all the hard work and passion that goes into making these events happen.
This festival season has been as action packed as ever this year, with promoter’s Australia-wide stoically battling biblical weather, infected elbows and crowd control predicaments to bring punters some of the most memorable music events of recent history.
Using a unique scorecard voting system the festival awards will finally answer the question:
Which festival did the best for this year?
The winners of the seven different categories and the overall best festival will be announced at an industry event on October 15th in Sydney.
