Tame Impala video premiere

Tame Impala sure are turning heads at the moment. Since being picked up amidst a frenzy of interest by Australia’s custodians of the cool, Modular, The Perth bred three-piece have been on one whirl wind ride. Over the last few months they have strutted their stuff in support slots for The Futureheads, Yeasayer, You Am I and are set to open for MGMT in early December before hitting the summer festival circuit.

In between all this the lads have managed to pull together their debut EP, which is a cornucopia of psychedelic fuzz -rock at times reminiscent of a young Cream. Fasterlouder is pleased as punch to be premiering the first video single from the EP, Half Full Glass Of Wine. The video for the track, directed by Joel Kefali, is as other-worldly as their music and is sure to provide you with many an acid-flashback indeed.
