The Fuel Economy was formed in 2006 when Dan and Louis met at the Australian Institute of music while both studying. After meeting and becoming friends Dan introduced Louis to Bahman and they moulded becoming an indie trio playing in bars , pubs and venues. Matt was introduced to The Fuel Economy through his brother Chris who recorded demos for the band at SAE studios, and now after two years of writing , gigging and recording the band are on the verge of releasing their debut album The Oliver Chester Sessions which shows promise of great things.
