Alt-Rock three piece based on the Gold Coast….....listen and make up your own minds
The Eighth Colour released their second EP “Look Beyond What You See” in 2005 which Time Off magazine claimed was “one of the best independent releases to come out of Brisbane”. 2006 saw the band work with world surfing giant QUIKSILVER, and the four track EP “Beginning Again” (available now on Itunes ) was released. Three of the bands tracks also appear on the 2006 Kelly Slater surfing DVD, Letting Go, which is the highest ever surfing dvd in the world ! In October 06, as part of their east coast Oz tour, the band grabbed the coveted houseband spot on Channel Ten’s ROVE LIVE and to top off a huge year, supported rising stars Evermore. 07 finished with the boys being handpicked by Lisa and Jess of The Veronicas, to support the girls on the gold coast leg of their national HOOK ME UP Tour !
