Tennis as a haiku:
Steamrollers, biplanes,
And locomotive two-step.
There are five of us.
Debuting at a strip club in Surry Hills circa ‘07, Tennis made a simultaneous entry into Sydney’s indie and adult entertainment scenes. Pursuing the former rather than the latter, Tennis have since graced the stages of many more credible venues supporting the likes of The Ruby Suns, Soft Tigers and The Holidays. Their colliding beats, convoluted rhythms and stark atmospheres have evoked comparisons to Joy Division, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah and The Rapture.
What would Johnny Utah Do? With three gene pools shared between five members tennis have left the halcyon days of art school behind in pursuit of new-wave’s proverbial 20 year storm.

Seems like the band owners have been pretty boring here, you should get in contact with them and find out why it's empty!
