Brisbane’s fresh quartet creating sweet and low indie-pop with a touch of fragility. Enamoured with a good dose of encouragement from their pals, and with the help of a triangle, casio beat and a tamborine, the band took to the bright lights of the stage in May 2008. Their debut EP “The Dead Loss EP” was independently released in August 2008, with tracks receiving radio airplay on independent stations, and led to Little Scout being announced as Triple J’s unearthed feature artist of the week. Soon after “The Dead Loss EP” was completed the band was named state finalists in the MTV Kickstart competition. Little Scout is currently writing new material in preparation for a shiny new ep, and try their best to smell nice and wear fancy shoes while performing.
