Like Bears make good music that tries to make you think and rock at the same time. Lots of lo-fi sounds that grab at a range of influences from the last 40 odd years of good tunes, and lyrics that mostly come from books that they’ve read. They kinda sound like a rocksy-folksy version of your favorite Milan Kundera book read by some guy who wants to be joe strummer tom waits and Daniel Johnston at the same time. They play the odd gig around their beloved melbourne town and are just about to release their debut e.p. “The grand march.” hope you dig it…
