Kinsmen, a newly formed original band are bringing their individual style and influences together to create their own brand. The genre is commercial rock with a unique edge.
Achievements in the last 12 months are many including:
Dec 07 – Won a Grand Final position in Melbourne Fresh Showcase at the Revolver 12 Feb 2008.
Nov 07 – Invited to perform at the Phillip Island Super V8’s to selected VIP’s
Oct 07 – Invited to perform at Federation Square for the Melbourne City Romp Party to an audience of 7000+
Aug 07 – Achieved 3rd Place in Battle of Sounds Live at Crown out of 125 top Melbourne bands
Regular performances at various venues in Melbourne include Club Evolution, Barley Corn, St. Andrews, Brunswick Hotel, Rob Roy, The Espy, Don’t Tell Tom, The Revolver & the Arthouse to name a few.
The boys have a collection of over 16 originals and hope in the middle of recording these and hope launch their independent debut album.
