The Draft formed from three quarters of the now-defunct, legendary post-punk outfit Hot Water Music. Frontman/guitarist Chris Wollard, bassist/spokesman Jason Black and drummer George Rebelo were made whole again with the enlistment of new guitarist & longtime associate Todd Rockhill and so became The Draft.
Their debut album “In a Million Pieces” moves beyond the legacy of Hot Water Music into new territory – from the catchy, hook-laden “Bordering” to the ska-inspired thump of “Let It Go.” .
The annual event Hyper Festival kicks off in style at Midland Gate shopping centre with headlining acts The Getaway Plan and Shihad
