It was a sweltering hot day at Bonython Park as thousands and thousands of music lovers rocked out to their favourite acts at the annual Soundwave Festival in Adelaide, featuring a myriad of different local and international punk,, rock and metal bands.

The Reading and Leeds double-header returns in August, with both festivals sharing the same acts over one mammoth weekend. The banner names are suitably colossal: among them Rage Against The Machine, The Killers, Metallica and Bloc Party.
