After making fans wait for a decade, Air finally arrive in Melbourne and they’re worth the wait.
Air’s wonderfully French meld of lounge, electronica, and pure cheese, provide some of the sweeter sounds to be heard in Adelaide in recent times.

Air are touring with V Festival this year, and the serenity of the King’s Park Botanic Garden was a perfect spot for the band to deliver its first-ever Australian performance. Even the ducks liked it.
It is always weird walking into Brisbane Entertainment Centre with the top tiers of the grandstand curtained off, a dismal reminder of Brisbane’s need for a decent indoor, midsize venue like good old Festival Hall. Nonetheless, spirits were high amongst the crowd all eager to revel in the joy of the Missy Higgins show. Higgins was supported by Tim Rogers and New Buffalo.
