Kate Nash has received a huge comparison to Lily Allen, and it’s understandable really. Anyone listening to the tongue-in-cheek songs coming out of Upper London recently would be able to draw the relations.

There’s no writers’ strike in music, so the back-patting will go on at the Brit Awards on 20 February. The nominations have now been announced, with Arctic Monkeys, Kate Nash and Kaiser Chiefs among them. Have a squiz inside.
