There's something in the water in Perth, or so us music geeks have been claiming ever since the doco was released, but after listening to the newly released soundtrack, chances are it's more than just fluoride.

The Railway Hotel clearly expected a big crowd for the launch of Snakes Alive. Their couches and coffee tables were gone, and it was just as well; by night's end the sweaty, smiling punters would've just been using them as dance platforms.
